About the role:

At Retail Staffing, we are now looking for sales associates who can work extra as needed at MQ, Lindex, or Hemtex various stores in the Gothenburg area. As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work on assignment for one of these retail chains, but you will work at several different stores within the same chain in our store pool.

You choose when you want to work by booking shifts through our convenient app. This gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. The tasks include personal sales on the floor, assisting in fitting rooms, cashier work, stock work, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in the store.

Important information:

To be considered for the position, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or a self-employed person with active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement, and we will not be able to proceed with your application if you do not meet any of these requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a main occupation for at least a year ahead
• Has previous experience in personal sales within retail
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day, with the possibility of also working evenings and weekends
• Is flexible and can jump in at short notice
• Enjoys working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Collaborates well with colleagues and contributes to a good team spirit
• Appreciates variety and sees it as educational to work in different stores.
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English
• Has completed high school education
